In 2013, Institutions began investing into Cherif’s Private Fund, MIGSIF. Due to this influx of capital in the Fund Cherif is reaching out to his students to QUALIFY for his JV Program and WORK directly with Cherif to find deals for the Fund. Cherif has set a criteria for the student-investors to follow when finding these deals, which you will be trained on through the Online Program. You will even have the opportunity to meet with Cherif in a small group setting at one of his homes in San Juan, PR or Cancun, MX to consult on the deals he wants to partner with you on AND/OR your personal deals.
